In your HTML code, use

In your HTML code, use Apollo Apps://openExternal to create an external link.

The links must be in the following format: <a href="Apollo Apps://openExternal?url=URL_WITH_URLENCODE">Open in external browser</a><br />  

To change a text into URL encode, use: http://meyerweb.com/eric/tools/dencoder/

2. Click-to links

There are 3 ways to add a Click-to link in your app:

  1. In the Browsing mode menu, click on the section you want to open in external browser. 

In the Link field, select the option "External link" and fill in the link you need to open externally.
Add to the link this property "&gbopenexternal=1", so for example your url will look like this: https://apollochurchapps.com&gbopenexternal=1.

2. From the Browsing mode tab you can add a shortcut in the Footer, by clicking on the "Add an element" button.

3. Go to the Home menu and you can add a link both in the header next to the title or in the list of content, in the Structure tab, by clicking on the + green button.

3. Update your modifications

Once the HTML or Click-To link has been modified, remember to publish this change in Publish > Changelog > Update, to propagate it in the native iOS and Android versions of your application.
